I was tempted to take a pic but thought I could just look at yours.<BR/><BR/>Parc Guell is delightful - it reminded of Hundertwasser's stuff and I was sure that Gaudi inspired him at some point or another. The Familia Sagrada totally rocked my world. I was drawn to it like I've never been drawn to a building before. Something swelled inside me and I wanted to cry with joy at the knowledge that something like that is being built <I>now</I> - i.e. being built for the pure joy of architecture and art, to fulfill a vision, even though the visionary has long since died. No matter that the project has been underway for over one hundred years and is only just over halfway completed. I revel in the fact that people will still be working on this building after I die. It's wonderful.<BR/><BR/>Patatas bravas also rock my world. I just had a nice big serving of them not half an hour ago. Yummo. I'll be happy to eat yet another serving on your behalf, nix. In fact, if there's any other kind of foodstuff that anybody would like me to eat on their behalf, I'd be happy to (provided it's veg)! Place your orders now!<BR/><BR/>No-one in Spain has asked me if I'm Aboriginal yet. I think most people in Spain think I'm Spanish just by looking at me. People keep asking me things in rapid Spanish on the street - directions, how to use the public phones, for cigarette papers and lighters, etc.<BR/><BR/>There seem to be lots of dreadlocks and piercings in Spain. And fisherman pants.
